On set for a Virtual Production shoot at Salesforce’s new studio in San Francisco. This project would be the first production on their new stage. Stypes' new Follower camera tracking hardware and their Stypeland toolset were used for real-time compositing with Unreal.
As a precautionary backup, I placed what I call invisible tracking markers on the green screen. I use green circular tracking dots, which make them nearly invisible and can be removed simultaneously with the key, making for less paint work in comp. For tracking purposes, the dots are revealed with a high pass filter in Nuke or an equivalent process in 3dEqualizer. You can see the results above.
